Getting started
- Sign in: Open Tasky and choose Sign in with Google. Tasky uses Google's official sign-in to access your Google Tasks.
- Organize: After adding a task, place it into one or more of the Google Tasks lists you choose.
- Search: Use universal search to find tasks and lists across your account.
- Share capture: Save text and links from other apps with the system Share extension.
- Widget: Add the Upcoming Tasks widget to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
- Mac menu bar: Keep your focused task visible and open Tasky in one click.

Is my data private? Yes — Tasky stores nothing on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I sign out? Use the account menu in Tasky, then optionally revoke access at your Google Account permissions.
My tasks aren't updating. Use Tasky's refresh control or reopen the app; ensure you're signed in to the right Google account.
