Getting started

• Get started: Open Tasky and choose Use Tasky without an account to keep lists on your device, or Sign in with Google to work with your Google Tasks through Google's official sign-in.
• Organize: After adding a task, place it into the list you choose.
• Search: Use universal search to find tasks and lists across your account.
• Share capture: Save text and links from other apps with the system Share extension.
• Widget: Add the Upcoming Tasks widget to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
• Mac menu bar: Keep your focused task visible and open Tasky in one click.

Common questions

Is my data private? Yes — Tasky stores nothing on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I sign out or switch to Google Tasks? Use the account menu in Tasky's sidebar. If you connected Google, you can also revoke access at your Google Account permissions.

My tasks aren't updating. Use Tasky's refresh control or reopen the app; if you use Google Tasks, make sure you're signed in to the right Google account.
