Getting started
- Sign in: Open Tasky and choose Sign in with Google. Tasky uses Google's official sign-in to access your Google Tasks.
- Menu bar: The Tasky icon in the macOS menu bar shows your focused task and opens a list of tasks from the lists you choose — complete, focus, or open any task in one click.
- Quick capture: Add tasks fast with the global shortcut or the system Share extension.
- Widget: Add the Upcoming Tasks widget from Notification Center.
Common questions
Is my data private? Yes — Tasky stores nothing on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I sign out? Use the account menu in Tasky, then optionally revoke access at your Google Account permissions.
My tasks aren't updating. Use the refresh control in the menu bar popup or reopen the app; ensure you're signed in to the right Google account.
