By downloading or using Tasky ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Tasky is a native macOS client that lets you view and manage your own Google Tasks. Tasky is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. "Google" and "Google Tasks" are trademarks of Google LLC. Your use of Google Tasks remains subject to Google's Terms of Service.
You are responsible for your Google account and the tasks you create. Tasky accesses your tasks only with your explicit authorization and acts on your behalf within the app.
Do not use Tasky to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from use of the app or from the Google Tasks service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
